• The Continuing Resolution on the National Budget was approved so USDA/RD will issue Subject To Approvals and we will close and fund on them.


• Many lenders will not accept USDA/RD loans under the Subject To status but we have and will.


• 100% ( no money down) Purchase Money loans available with 620 or better credit score.
