FHA Loans Have New Limits in Tennessee

What? Again? Hang in there, this is GOOD news. As of February 23, 2009, in accordance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the temporary levels of 2008 which expired have been restored!!! So, now you are confused.

OK, I have something that will clear everything up for you. It's a chart called FHA Mortgage Limits for TN. I'll send you one. My compliments.
